Colman's Mustard


Colman’s is a British manufacturer of mustard as well as many other sauces.  It is based in Norwich, Norfolk and has been around for almost 200 years.  Colman’s Mustard is known around the world as the English mustard, and the company sells about 45 jars every minute of every day, all around the world. Colman’s BBQ Sauce:
8 teaspoons of Colman’s Original Prepared Mustard
6 teaspoons of sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoons white pepper
½ teaspoon light soy sauce
2 teaspoons salted butter

Combine all ingredients, except soy sauce and butter, in a saucepan.  Simmer for 10 minutes and remove from heat.  Stir in soy sauce and butter. Serve with BBQ pork, beef, or lamb. Serves 5.
