BBQ Sauce:

teaspoons of Colman’s Original Prepared Mustard

teaspoons of sugar
1
cup cider vinegar
2
teaspoons chili powder
1
teaspoons black pepper
1
teaspoons white pepper
½
teaspoon light soy sauce
2
teaspoons salted butter
Combine
all ingredients, except soy sauce and butter, in a saucepan. Simmer
for 10 minutes and remove from heat. Stir in soy sauce and butter. Serve
with BBQ pork, beef, or lamb. Serves 5.
