Tina Barney

Tina Barney, represented by Janet Borden Inc. in New York, is an American photographer known best for her candid snapshots of her family and close friends, many of whom are affluent residents in New York and New England. Her work is shown in many museums in New York, including the Museum of Modern Art. Barney has also produced and co-directed some short films on other photographers and had a documentary of her life filmed which aired in 2007.

She wrote Players a year ago, which includes fashion, performers, actors, and her own friends, and combines many of her assignments dating back to 1988. Barney photographed the 2010 Spring Tory Burch line, which can be seen below, along with some of her other photographs and book cover.
