Friday Spotlight- Peter Dale

In honor of Outstanding in the Field this Saturday, in Athens, our Friday spotlight is on Peter Dale.  
Peter is one of the featured chefs for this event.  
Peter has his own restaurant, The National, which he opened in 2007.  He opened The National in a restored 1950's Plymouth Car Dealership and tire recap plant.  He did this after training under Hugh Acheson at Five and Ten and holding an internship at La Broche in Madrid, Spain.  Click here to follow Peter's blog!
